Living with MS

Living with MS will necessarily mean re-evaluating the way you live your life. But that doesn’t mean that you can’t lead as near a normal life as you have been used to, prior to diagnosis.

The topics covered in this section are intended to help you improve your daily routine, helping you to bring about the necessary changes to make life easier.

For instance, how to get the right amount of rest is covered in fatigue due to MS and we include tips on reducing stress. We also look at diet, sex, sport, work and how to address MS, together, with family and friends.

Those with an adventurous spirit will want to check out the comprehensive travel  section, which contains not only information about minimising the stress of travel but important advice about getting vaccinated, and travelling with medication.
