Symptoms of MS

The symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis can vary quite dramatically from one person to another. Specific symptoms appear in relation to where in the central nervous systemplaque  or lesion has formed. For example; a lesion of the optical nerves can lead to impaired vision; and a lesion of the spinal cord can result in weakness or loss of sensation in the arms and legs.

The first symptoms usually appear quite suddenly, and then disappear after a few days or weeks.
